The Marina neighborhood is a 28 ½ block area with medium level foot traffic. Marina is considered Downtown's bedroom community with a mixture of high-rise twin towers and mid-rise buildings.
It is comprised predominantly of residential units with some retail and office space. It is home to several beautiful community parks such as Pantoja Park and Children's Park, the Martin Luther King Promenade, and street level restaurants and cafés. Several of the sidewalks are composed of enhanced tiles and pavers. The blocks in this neighborhood measure 200 feet by 300 feet in length.
